FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $99.00! Shipping rates for all other orders under this amount are determined by weight, location, and shipping service requested. Domestic orders ship via US Postal Service First-Class Mail or FedEx. Both carriers offer fast, trackable service across the USA. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, including your order number and shipping method. A follow-up email with your tracking information will occur when your order is ready for pick-up. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect goods once they are in transit. If you do not receive these notification emails, check your spam folder or verify your email on your we-blume.com account for accuracy.

Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed.
On average, orders will arrive 2-7 business days from the ship date for delivery.
Please contact your selected carrier for shipping-related inquiries regarding delivery dates, lost or delayed shipments, and reference your tracking number. Note: We are unable to ship to General Delivery addresses

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau, and the Virgin Islands) may have additional shipping charges. Note: Remote locations may take longer than ten business days due to varying delivery schedules in the area.

SHIPPING TIPS
We want to make sure that you get your order! Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment. Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Please take extra care to make sure your order information is correct, as once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled.

  1. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your order statement for accuracy.
  2. Leave fields blank if they don’t apply to your shipping or billing address.
  3. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the “Address” field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
  4. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our system cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay the shipment of your package.
  5. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. Unfortunately, to ship your items in a timely fashion, we cannot accommodate requests for specific shippers when placed in the wrong areas.

Tips on entering an APO or FPO address on our order form:

  • City field: Enter “APO” or “FPO.”
  • State field: In the drop-down box, select the APO or FPO address. We sort them alphabetically by the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed.
  • AA-Armed Forces of the Americas
  • AE-Armed Forces of Europe (includes Canada, Africa, and the Middle East)
  • AP-Armed Forces of the Pacific (Includes Asia)
  • Country field: Always select “United States of America” from the drop-down menu, regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Following these steps will ensure that you’re charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All APO/FPO addresses shipments are sent via US Priority or First-Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
