We’re sorry you’re WeBlume purchase didn’t work out. Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Any item(s) returned after the 30 days will not qualify for a refund. Returned products that have been opened will qualify for a 50% refund of the purchase price. In the case of a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our team at support@we-blume.com within ten days of purchase, and we’ll get it figured out. We recommend you not order more than one new product until you have tried it and are sure it agrees with you, as individual results may vary.
